Liz, it was brilliant, from start to end, just what - if not more - than we ask for. The service was down to earth and about Jim, not the religious side. Thank you so much for making it as easy as it could be to say goodbye to Jim.

You seemed to have known him for many years. I can not thank you enough because, despite the seriousness of the occasion, you were there as a wonderful support to us, and even laughter came into the service, which he would have loved.

Just to say a BIG thank you for making a very sad event so much more bearable. It was a wonderful service, everyone agreed that it could not possibly have been better and we would all like to thank you again for making it such a special day.

Thank you so much. You were amazing. You have such a calming way of looking after people and made a very tough day much easier to get through.

I read through the tribute you’d written and couldn’t imagine anything better to encapsulate all I’d tried to convey to you. It is wonderful, thank you so much. It really described who my Dad was, it was as if you’d known him all your life.

Thank you so much for your time and compassion. On behalf of the whole family, I wish to thank you most sincerely for all your efforts with the funeral. Without exception, the entire congregation were impressed and came forward with comments such as “isn’t she lovely” and “what a superb lady”. You did such a wonderful job.

I felt safe in your hands and knew that you would look after us. It was a wonderful celebration of his life and so many people said afterwards how uplifted they felt by your words. You guided us, laughed with us, and generally “cuddled us” through.

Thank you for being part of Mom’s special day, you were wonderful. I really appreciate your approach and how kind and patient you were with me. The comments I received after the service were very complimentary, in no small measure down to you, as a caring person and through your skills.

Thank you so much. I believe you got it just right for Mum and the family agreed. You made it work Liz and I’m truly grateful. Now we have a copy of your words to keep and I’ve read them - they’re perfect. You miss so much on the day, I can treasure them along with my memories of Mum.
